EXPERTECH AND UNION UNABLE TO REACH A NEW COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT
As a 25% shareholder in Expertech, SNC-Lavalin, along with Bell Canada, would like to express its regret at the decision announced today by Expertech’s unionized employees to reject their management’s final offer to restructure their services. Expertech is left with no other solution than to develop a plan for an orderly winding down of its operations.
