Montreal Transit Authority

Managed maintenance operations for the bus fleet and service vehicles of the Société de transport de Montréal (STM) from 2001 to 2006. Monitored budgets, managed store rooms, and developed and implemented activity programs. Provided technical assistance for the employee training plan and work organization methods.

Manage on a day-to day basis all operations and maintenance activities of a network of five commuter train lines in the Greater Montreal area over a ten year period on behalf of the Agence métropolitaine de transport (AMT). The project began in 1997.

Société des Transports Intercommunaux de Bruxelles

Conducted an audit in order to define and implement safety rules and standards for the management of traffic in each of the surface and underground rail networks of the Société de transports intercommunaux de Bruxelles (STIB). After conducting analysis, drafted recommendations and action plans for improving the safety of network operations and guided the STIB in implementing these plans.

Manage the operations and maintenance of Quebec City transit system buses, service vehicles, infrastructure and equipment, and provide technical assistance for the entry into service of ticket-vending and fare collection systems, operational support systems and passenger information systems; set up a service quality initiative and train operations managers. Provide engineering consulting services over a seven-year period in order to set up a project office with the client, Société de transport de Montréal (STM). Manage all activities related to the acquisition of subway cars (336 MR-08) to replace the existing subway cars (MR-63).
