As part of the Kentz and Valerus acquisition, we’ve bolstered our capability in gas processing and handling.
Faced with a tight project deadline and limited internal resources, the client contracted our team to manufacture and install a 60 MMscf/d (1.7 MMsm3/d) cryogenic train expansion to an existing 30 MMscf/d (0.85 MMsm3/d) cryogenics plant near Tulsa, Oklahoma. The project required extensive engineering work in order to expand the existing facility and meet the operational deadline.
This was the first time that this client had used an outside company for installation.
On schedule delivery endorses client decision
We delivered a tailored solution that met all the challenges associated with field installations while facilitating a transition from deployment to installation without requiring equipment retrofits. We provided full support including civil, mechanical, electrical, construction management, commissioning and startup, as well as focused engineering design and professional project management.
The result was a 54-week plant delivery and 30-week installation process that delivered the project on time and fully justified the client's decision to trust the experience and expertise of our team.
