Complete well pad solution in the Eagle Ford shale

As part of the Kentz and Valerus acquisition, we’ve bolstered our capability in gas processing and handling.

We provided a complete well pad solution that increased the productivity of a shale facility in Karnes County, Texas, by reducing the time from well completion to initial sales.

Greater reliability

Frustrated by delays in startup due to late, incomplete and incorrect equipment deliveries, and concerned about the quality of the equipment itself, the client was looking for a more reliable provider. The priority was to minimize downtime between well completion and initial well production, and to reduce costs for field installation by ensuring that all necessary process components were received on time and were in place by the scheduled flow date.

We delivered a safe, complete, turnkey solution for the production process facility design, equipment application and design, equipment manufacturing, third-party equipment procurement, and logistics support. We put a dedicated team in place, including an account manager and a project manager who worked together with the client to ensure that equipment manufacturing schedules and on-site deliveries were synchronized with the drilling and completion schedule.

Reducing costs, increasing productivity

We accommodated the client's special requirements, delivering 18 well pad solutions in 48 weeks. The equipment included hi/low separator packages, metering skids, heater treaters, ET H2S scavenger packages, filter separators, TEG dehydration systems and storage tanks. By sourcing all equipment from a single vendor, the client was able to make strategic purchases, reduce project management interfaces, reduce invoice processing costs, and increase productivity by reducing the time from well completion to initial sales.
