Our custom 3D modeling capabilities and process hazard analysis methods will ensure that your facility will not only meet the demanding product specifications but will also start up smoothly and operate safely. In addition, we have wide-ranging capabilities for improving the performance of existing facilities by way of debottlenecking and expansion studies, leading to retrofitting of new process units and revamping of under-performing equipment, all supported by state-of-the-art systems, including 3D scanning.
Our environmental group has extensive knowledge of regulations and requirements in force across the world. This team works with our engineers to develop strategies and plans for emissions reduction, air permitting, produced water management, treating and disposal and storm water pollution prevention.
Modular design - Saving time, saving capital, lowering risk
In addition to stick-built solutions, we also offer pre-engineered modularized solutions for plants up to 200 MMscf/d or multiple trains up to 450 MMscf/d, which can save time, reduce the need for capital outlay and reduce risk. Through the fabrication and installation of equipment in a controlled workshop environment, productivity is boosted, pre-commissioning is more predictable, hazardous conditions are controlled and time-on-site is reduced, leading to significant improvement in construction costs. As a result, we can provide turnkey facilities with a sharp focus on safety/environmental measures and time to production.
Our modular approach features robust skid-mounted solutions which are designed for fast, simple installation and flexible operations. Pre-engineered facility packages fit a wide range of process conditions, ensuring minimal field fabrication, increased safety and leading to lower labor costs. They can also be customized to meet specific challenges - for example, a plant originally standardized for the North American shale plays can be readily modified for use elsewhere in the world.
