North America

North America

Our North American employees work on some of the continent’s most important projects. We are Canada’s largest engineering and construction company by revenue and employees, with offices in every province and territory. We were also a key early developer of public-private partnerships (P3s) for Canadian infrastructure projects.

We have successfully delivered some of North America’s largest and most complex projects, including major hydropower developments, oil and gas facilities, nuclear power plants, highways, mines, urban transit systems and hospitals. Recent Canadian projects include the multiple award-winning Calgary LRT extension in Alberta, the John Hart Generating Station Replacement Facility in BC, one of the provinces’ first P3 power projects, and the McGill University Health Centre’s (MUHC) Glen site, a cutting-edge super hospital expected to improve the quality and efficiency of patient care in Montreal. In the US, we have been providing high-quality and safe sustaining capital services to ExxonMobil for half a century at their site in Baytown, Texas. In Alaska, we have just completed an award-winning high-efficiency thermal power plant for Chugach Electric and Municipal Light & Power.
