SNC-Lavalin (TSX: SNC) acknowledges the election of Robert Landry, Senior Vice-President of the company’s Infrastructure Engineering – Eastern Canada (IEEC) division, as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association des firmes de génie-conseil (AFG) – Québec (Association of Consulting Engineering Companies – Quebec).

“Robert is an outstanding asset to the SNC-Lavalin team and highly respected for his experience, leadership and strong client focus,” said President and CEO Robert G. Card. “We are very proud to hear of his election as Chairman of the Board of the AFG and are certain that he will carry out his role with the same commitment and dedication he is known for. I have no doubt that Robert will do an excellent job in helping the AFG promote Quebec’s consulting-engineering firms and their contribution to the province’s development.”

Robert Landry has over 30 years of experience in engineering, construction, energy and transportation. Since joining SNC-Lavalin in 2013, he has successfully implemented new project management and business development processes aimed at improving performance in his division.
