For instance, the new Signature Bridge over the Saint Lawrence (the new Champlain Bridge Corridor) that we have contributed to the design and are currently building in Montreal, Canada, has an expected useful life of 125 years.
Design-build and P3 models
One of our key differentiators is our experience with both design-build and public-private partnership (P3) models. Design-build contracts allow us to deliver large projects faster and at a lower cost than traditional design-bid-build methods. Meanwhile, P3 arrangements help lower risk while simultaneously providing a high level of service for our public clients. Whatever the terms of the contract, our goal is to deliver quality solutions on time and on budget, and that satisfy client requirements with a high degree of end user satisfaction.
