Building on its expertise in phosphoric acid, sulphuric acid, petrochemicals and related sectors, SNC-Lavalin has become a key player in the fertilizer industry. It has completed over 70 projects in both phosphate-based and nitrogen-based fields, covering all aspects of a project from technical and financial feasibility studies and installation audits to the delivery of turnkey production plants. Among its accomplishments are 30 phosphoric acid units, over 35 urea plants and 10 fertilizer complexes.
