Enersource Hydro Mississauga - GENe Upgrade

The mandate is to design, supply, install,
and commission a new GENe Distribution SCADA System for Enersource Hydro Mississauga, which operates and maintains the power distribution network
in Mississauga, Ontario. The scope includes the delivery of training and all necessary testing, commissioning and project management services for
the GENe SCADA and new Backup systems. Enersource is Ontario’s fourth largest electricity distributor and has a national reputation for service
excellence. Their network covers 300 km2, including various distribution and sub-transmission networks at voltages of up to 44 kV and some 300
feeders and 70 distribution substations. |

SNC-Lavalin ECS and
ENSICO were awarded the first phase contract to supply a GEN-4 SCADA system to Elektro-Slovenia
(ELES) for the Slovenia National Control Centre in Ljubljana, capital city of Slovenia. The objective
of the system is to implement a CCAPI-compliant SCADA system, implementing Common Information Model
(CIM) and Generic Data Interface (GID) standards as defined by IEC 61970, and using standard message
bus technologies for communication between ELES business applications. |

Taiwan Power Company

The
Stage II Hierarchical Dispatch Control System (HDCS)
Project was for the supply of four new SCADA Systems
to the Taiwan Power Company (TPC). The systems are installed
in the cities of Tai-Chung, Hsin-Ying, Hsin-Chu, and
Kee-Lung. The TPC power network includes 20 high-voltage
substations, 45 primary substations, and 84 primary
distribution substations. |

Edesur
Argentina |
The
Edesur system provides SCADA functionality for the greater
Buenos Aires area of Argentina. In addition to controlling
11 substations, the system also includes applications
for short-term similar day load forecast, data capture
and transfer to a third-party network analysis software,
and load shed using our SCADA scripting language. |

Finland |
E.ON supplies electricity to some 110,977 customers
(including 198 Medium Voltage customers) and services
an area covering 670 km2 including Espoo,
the second largest city in Finland. E.ON trades electricity
in an extremely deregulated environment where profits
are made based on the accuracy of forecast information.
The ECS system plays a pivotal role in E.ON’s planning
and trading activities. |
