Dedicated Customer Service

SNC-Lavalin provides world-class solutions for the management of your power assets with its specialized equipment and software. Furthermore, SNC-Lavalin protects your investment over the long-term by ensuring that you have top-grade specialized support throughout its lifetime.

SNC-Lavalin works closely with our customers throughout the project to understand their needs and requirements. We continue this high-level of sustainability with our support programs.

We value our customers’ feedback and have developed various methods for the exchange of information. Part of our on-going process to keep customers informed is our periodic newsletters, product announcements, and release notes. In a more hands-on approach, we host international user conferences, which allow our customers to meet with us and each other in a dynamic environment. And taking full advantage of today’s technology, we host a private technical discussion forum on our evolving GENe software to obtain the customer’s input as we develop new features for our product family.

Our support programs fit your needs—pick any one of the Bronze, Silver, or Gold support programs depending on your requirements. All of our programs include 24/7 emergency support and access to new versions of the GENe software.
