Any concern raised or report filed under our Code will be treated with confidentiality and will be shielded from any form of reprisal or retaliation.
SNC-Lavalin assumes that all issues, violations and complaints are reported in good faith and are real and legitimate. Where such a report or complaint is made, SNC-Lavalin undertakes to investigate the matter within a reasonable time frame. Investigations carried out under our Code will be made with the utmost respect, discretion and privacy and will be kept confidential to the extent permitted by law and subject to the Company's need to fully investigate the matter. However, if the Company discovers criminal or otherwise improper activity, it can report such activity to the appropriate government or law enforcement authorities
