Epcom Resources Inc.

Is a corporation whose shareholders consist of four members of the Yukon First Nations Development Corporation (Kluane, Kwanlin Dun, Ta’an Kwach’an and White River) and local and national industry partners (ACR Systems Inc., MacMillan Mining Contractors, and SNC-Lavalin Inc.). Epcom has been created to pursue business ventures in the engineering, procurement and construction sectors in the Yukon and throughout the world, and to support First Nations’ economic development through the provisions of meaningful training, employment and business opportunities. The Epcom partnership will actively seek out engineering, construction and related opportunities associated with the Alaska Highway gas pipeline as the member First Nations are among seven whose Territories the pipeline would traverse.
