Kaska SNC-Lavalin Inc.

Formed in October 2001, Kaska/ SNC-Lavalin Inc. is a joint venture, private company recognized under the Yukon Business Corporations Act. Kaska/SNC-Lavalin Inc. is 51% owned by Kaska Minerals Inc. and 49% owned by SNC-Lavalin Holding Inc., a wholly owned subsidy of SNC-Lavalin. This unique partnership maximizes on Kaska Nations skill and experience in construction and environmental service projects as well as SNC-Lavalin’s lengthy reputation in mine, mine closure and environmental projects. The partnership aspires to bring appropriate community planning engineering and resource development tailored to the unique demands and opportunities of the Canadian North.
